Returns Policy? 
Urban Encounters Apparel will happily accept returns if there is a fault with the product. It is advisable to wash garments according to the washing instructions listed on the inside label of each product. If your item has any problems when it arrives prior to being worn or washed then please contact us via: [email protected] to arrange a return.


How to shop online?

Once you're done browsing, checking out is easy and secure. You can view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Cart" button on the top right of any page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made the chart total will update. Before proceeding with the order you are required to enter the shipping designation to allow us to estimate your shipping charge.

How do I checkout?
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. You will be redirected to Paypal where you can sign in and pay securely.

Item availability
All colours and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag.  Colours and sizes that are unavailable will not be shown.  Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products.  If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.  Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Do you have sizing information?
We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. We have also added a size chart to every product in the product description. Refer to the size charts to help determine your size when ordering because sizing and cut will vary between items.  If you need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email: [email protected]

Which Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to get all items dispatched within 2 days of payment, however please allow up to 5 days for your item to be dispatched. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.


How long should it take to receive my order?
Once your order has left our facilities we aim to have your order delivered to you within 3-5 days, however delivery is out of our hands so please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If you fail to receive your order within 10 days please contact Customer Service via: [email protected] where we will take the appropriate action.
